Elite Training Program

If you have ever said to yourself, “we can’t afford club volleyball” or “how can we afford club volleyball?” or “we just can’t commit to a club volleyball schedule” the Elite Training Program is designed for you.

As members of the club volleyball community for more than 15 years we know that club volleyball can be too much of a financial and time commitment for many families in our community.  The Elite Training Program addresses and solves 3 main issues that we have identified:

  1. COST!!!  The Elite Training program is $600 for 12 weeks. That comes out to $200 per month.
  2. TIME!!!  The Elite Training program is only 2 hours per week.  NO WEEKENDS.
  3. QUALITY OF TRAINING!!!  The coaches for the Elite Training program will be club coaches who are currently on our coaching staff or qualified local coaches who also are unable to commit to club programs because of the time commitment required of club volleyball.

Program Outline

Session 1 – November -February

Session 2 – March – May

Session 3 – June-August

12 weeks per session – 1 night practice per week for 2 hours.

  • Practices will be available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.  You get to pick your practice day! (Once chosen, practice day must remain the same and cannot change.)

The 12 week session will be divided into 3 different areas of focus to help each player get the most out of the program.

  1. First 4 weeks– Skills based training to fully understand fundamentals.  At this time players will determine positions with the assistance of the coaching staff.
  2. Second 4 weeks– Emphasis on serve receive and defense rotations based on positions.  Understanding of specialized rotations is vital for players to know as they move on to higher levels of volleyball.
  3. Last 4 weeks– Match play.  Sessions will play as teams and PLAY volleyball giving players the opportunity to apply their knowledge of rotations and skills.

Beginning November 1

Wednesday nights 5:00-7:00pm.
